As the year draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to look back on everything we’ve achieved together in 2024. From groundbreaking new features to enhancements that make your day-to-day more efficient, let’s celebrate the highlights that made this year exceptional: 

• We held our 4th annual user conference Fiix Forward in Memphis –with 200+ Fiix users! 

• Fiix made its second appearance at the Rockwell Automation Fair 2024.

• Mobile: We leveled up Work Orders by introducing state-based access controls and 
  enforced required completion notes for work order completion.  

• Mobile: We also continued to improve the user experience with enhanced swipe-to-complete functionality for inspection tasks and added the ability to view requester contact information on work orders. 

• We had the official launch of Fiix Asset Criticality, helping you make more informed decisions regarding maintenance resource allocation along with our new dashboard. 

• Enhanced Fiix Asset Risk Predictor (ARP) with Fiix prescriptive maintenance, allowing our users to have AI-generated work orders generated for their assets whenever failures are predicted.

• We launched Fiix Maintenance Copilot, an AI-powered chatbot that quickly answers questions about your Fiix ARP assets in a conversational manner.

• Analytics: Delivered 22 releases in 2024, with 60+ updates to the explores, dashboards within Analytics all driven by user requests and highlighted in customer wins. 

• We also enhanced our Analytics dashboard by adding eight new dashboards to improve your data analysis experience.
