Read on to get to know Liam. ➡️❓What motivates you?✨Working with an amazing and talented team leads me to constantly learn new things and grow as a Fiixer!❓Tell us something fun that you do in your spare time.✨ I’m an avid traveler and have been to 11 countries so far in 2022! ❓What do you love about your role/the work that you do?✨ As an Account Executive, I get to work with a wide range of customers and help them achieve maintenance success. This means always facing new and exciting challenges. ❓What has been your proudest moment at Fiix?✨ When I joined the AE team at Fiix, I had the chance to reflect on how much I’ve learned since starting as a SDR. I’m very proud of the skills and knowledge I’ve gained so far in my Fiix journey!
I’m Justine and I head up The Fiixers. This week, we're shining the spotlight on our Senior Marketing Operation Specialist, Zhasmina. A fun fact about her is the photo you see above is her standing at Praça do Comércio in Lisbon, Portugal, this past summer. It was her first time traveling there, and she absolutely recommends adding Portugal to your travel bucket list! These exercises strengthen my body and soothe my mind. ❓What do you love about your role/the work that you do?✨ I love to work with different teams across the organization to ensure that all of our marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time. That way, I can get to know a lot of amazing Fiixers!❓What has been your proudest moment at Fiix?✨ I feel incredibly proud whenever a teammate says I made their job easier. It's the little things!
This week, we're shining the spotlight on Caleb. This sales professional collects suits, used to do boxing & MMA, and likes to man the grill all summer long ☀️. It's a great way to disconnect and decompress after a busy day/week. We also love to travel to Europe to visit family. ❓What do you love about your role/the work that you do?✨ Everything. I love being able to talk to people everyday as well as the freedom of working in the office or at home whenever I want. I’ve recently started with the City of D’Iberville parks and recreation department. As my guys began coming to me with concerns about the paper process they are using currently. So, I started searching the net for ways to streamline our process. With mowers and vehicles and equipment that needs constant maintenance they were starting get piled up with paper. As I began to dig through the program it seemed to be a great fit for what we were wanting. I’m very excited at the outlook for our department with Fixx on our side! Thanks for allowing even free users so much functionality! It’s greatly appreciated!
This week, we're shining the spotlight on Michelle, our summer Customer Operations Intern and 4th year student studying computer science at McGill. She'll be taking a few exciting road trips this summer 🛣 and hopes one day to travel to all of the Great Lakes. This week, we're shining the spotlight on one of our Technical Support Specialists, Helen. One thing she's passionate about is promoting and advocating for rescue/foster dogs 🐶. Helen says, "There are many ways of finding your furry friend, and this is a great way to help save a life/give back!" We were able to connect in-person after a long stretch of only Zoom meetings. Hi Fiixers 👋, I’m Gail, Senior Manager of Training and Education here at Fiix. I am also the go-to person for change management and our new Fiix CMMS Certification program. The Fiix Learning Center has been updated with new content so that you and your team can now become Fiix CMMS certified users. There is a custom learning path for administrators, technicians and managers to train all types of users on how to get the most out of Fiix. The length for each learning path varies and there is an estimated time provided for each course. Once you and your team complete all the courses and knowledge check quizzes successfully, you will automatically receive your Fiix CMMS Certification along with badges for each completed course🎖️.And, did I mention there is no cost of becoming Fiix certified 🙌.Plus, this is a great training resource for onboarding new team members as well as a refresh for all users. Hi Fiixers, I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know that at the beginning of March, I will be taking on a new role at Fiix with the Solutions Engineering team! This means I’ll be spending most of my time developing and sharing best practices with prospective Fiix users on how they can get the most out of Fiix. It also means that you’ll start to see less activity from me in The Fiixers in the coming weeks. But, no worries as @Justine Rae and @Emma Muldoon along with the rest of the team will continue to support an awesome community experience 🙌.I’m very proud of this space we’ve built together and it has been an incredible journey watching our community grow and thrive 🥳 💙.I’ll continue to be a regular visitor 🤗 so I can keep learning from all your questions and clever problem solving!
We officially opened our community doors in January 2021 and to celebrate our 1-year anniversary we are sending a pair of Fiix pint glasses to the first 25 members who share their favorite moments of being part of The Fiixers!
