Looking Back: Fiix @ Automation Fair 2024

It’s hard to believe it’s already been three months since the Fiix team journeyed down to Anaheim, CA for Automation Fair 2024, the world’s largest event dedicated to industrial automation.At this year’s expo, Fiix had its strongest showing yet. The Field Inspection: Customer success stories (part 1)

Back in October 2023, we held our 3rd annual user conference, Fiix Forward, in Nashville, Tennessee. The conference wasn’t just our chance to tell you about what we’ve been doing as a company, but it’s true purpose was to give you, our community, a chance to feel heard, seen, and understood.  As part of that promise, we conducted interviews, where individuals like you shared their maintenance troubles, triumphs, and resilience that led to their success. Those stories have been captured and will be shared with our customers in hopes that others will be inspired. With that being said, we are excited to share our first two videos of the series:  JJ McDonnell Co. Building on our field inspection stories, where industry professionals just like you share their maintenance challenges, victories, and the perseverance that paved their path to success, we bring you part 2 of the interviews conducted at Fiix Forward!We hope these stories can spark inspiration for all Fiixers, regardless of where you are in your journey. Daikin ComfortJoel is an excellent motivator, successfully leading his team through the process and organizational challenges that come with new software.  Before implementing Fiix the team was challenged with incomplete data sets and manual parts tracking. This left them with huge gaps in reporting financial spending, making capital and maintenance planning hard.  Luckily Joel and his team found solace in the Fiix CMMS. He stressed that Fiix helped the team get into the habit of tracking things in the CMMS. New to Fiixer Community

Hello.I have been using Fiix CMMS for a few years now between two locations I manage but new to this Fiixers community forum.  I really am enjoying the way Fiix has helped our team be more self serving everyday.  Everyone sees what needs to be done and no more hand written schedules every week.Solid platform and I like the fact they implement our suggestions from the community.  In the 3 years, i have noticed 6-10 implementations that we helped suggest from our own desires.
