I’m Justine and I head up The Fiixers. Am so pumped to have this space with all of you, as I’ve learned from my various conversations how many shared experiences there are across our community...no matter what industry you’re in.So I encourage you to introduce yourself on this post and check out who else is part of The Fiixers as we build this member thread. Then start reaching out and connecting with this amazing brain trust of knowledge that makes up our growing community. Feel free to also share your hobbies, interests...as am sure we all have more in common than just work 😀When I’m not busy with The Fiixers I’m getting out on my bike and soaking up the fall colors.

Greetings

Hello all. Greg here at Bellingham Int’l Airport in Bellingham, WA. New to Fiix in 2024. We are a crew of two technicians responsible for maintenance of the airport facilities (no, we don’t work on airplanes!). Hoping to grow in our knowledge and implementation of the Fiix software.

Hello from Valley County, Idaho

Our Honey Badger and I up in Valley County, IdahoI am new to our Road Department and to Fiix!  I am listening to the videos and the audio is terrible!  I have had no introduction and training on Fiix.  I am trying to understand what and how to use it.  Any suggestions would be helpful

New to Fiixer Community

Hello.I have been using Fiix CMMS for a few years now between two locations I manage but new to this Fiixers community forum.  I really am enjoying the way Fiix has helped our team be more self serving everyday.  Everyone sees what needs to be done and no more hand written schedules every week.Solid platform and I like the fact they implement our suggestions from the community.  In the 3 years, i have noticed 6-10 implementations that we helped suggest from our own desires.

Good Afternoon Everyone

Good Afternoon Everyone, Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, my name is Demetrius Thompson and I am the facility manager here at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Richardson Texas. Recently I have been learning about Fiix and the opportunities to ensure all of my facilities in DFW are up to par. Glad to Be Here!

I’ve recently started with the City of D’Iberville parks and recreation department. As my guys began coming to me with concerns about the paper process they are using currently. So, I started searching the net for ways to streamline our process. With mowers and vehicles and equipment that needs constant maintenance they were starting get piled up with paper. As I began to dig through the program it seemed to be a great fit for what we were wanting. I’m very excited at the outlook for our department with Fixx on our side! Thanks for allowing even free users so much functionality! It’s greatly appreciated!

Creating An Account In The Fiixers

Want to join The Fiixers or invite your team members to be a part of our growing community? Here’s how to get started: Click on the Login button in the upper navigation bar and then click Create an account.  Enter your username, work email address (to unlock full access for Fiix users) and set your password. If you don’t have a Fiix CMMS yet, you can still create an account but will be granted general access. 💡 The Fiixers Community Tip - your username is how you login AND it displays as your community profile name so choose wisely...you can always message us to update it later 😉!   After clicking Register, you can immediately start exploring general access forums, and if you have a Fiix CMMS, the Fiix Community team will authenticate your account within 48 hours to unlock access to ALL forums. Learn where to ask your CMMS questions to get the most helpful response, fast!

The quickest path to finding your solution is starting with The Fiixers search tool 🔎  The search tool auto-populates all articles and posts related to your question so you can: See if your question has already been asked and answered -- your solution may already be in that thread! Identify which Help Center articles and/or training resources have the information you need.   Not the case? Then, it’s time to ask. The above guide ☝️ explains the 3 different support options available and which one to choose depending on your type of question.Fiix Support: This doesn’t seem right, is this functioning correctly? Customer Success Manager: How do I configure or customize this feature or request a new feature? The Fiixers Community: How are other Fiix users doing this? 💡 The Fiixers Community Tip: Select only one support option. Creating a new question or post

 Always search first to see if the information you want to find or share already exists in the community. If the question or topic hasn’t been created yet then it’s time to create your post and wait for your peers to respond.  💡 The Fiixers Community Tip - you can subscribe to other members’ questions or posts if you want to get notified when there are new replies and be sure to 👍  their content to let them know it was helpful. 👉 Click on the top right corner to add your new post.👉  Select a question if you have a specific problem you need help solving and then wait for members to submit their answers. Setting up your profile & notifications

 Let the community know who you are by completing your profile information and start building your network connections. 👉  Click your avatar on the upper right corner and then click My account settings from the menu to edit your profile, setting preferences or change your password. 👉  Click edit photo to add your profile picture and then enter details for your job title, company, location, share something about yourself and include a signature for your posts....be sure to save your changes. 👉  Toggle between General, and Notifications to manage your account details and email notifications.👉  Click Password to reset your password.If you want to update your registered email address for The Fiixers community, please email us at community@fiixsoftware.com.
