Welcome 👋 we’re so happy you’re here 🎉

This is where the Fiix Community gathers to discuss all things CMMS and maintenance as well as getting into other relevant topics such as sustainability, leadership and personal growth. The goal is for you to use the community to connect, share and learn from each other, while also building a profile and professional network with your peers. To ensure our community stays informative, valuable and serves as a platform where we can all become better together, here are the guidelines:

  1. We are here to help - If you are new and are unsure about anything, just ask. The Fiix Community team and other members are at the ready to help and make you feel at home

  2. Share your knowledge and experiences - Help make the Fiix Community a richer place by sharing your expertise. You have a lot of knowledge and first-hand experience that other members could benefit from, so make their day by answering their questions. And, if you also include content created by someone else, give them credit, please.

  3. Stay on-topic - To keep all of this valuable content helpful and organized, please keep your comments constructive and relevant to each post and thread. If you have a new question or idea, simply start a new post and ask your peers for some feedback. Do not post information that you do not wish to make public.

  4. Be kind and respectful - You are responsible for your interactions with other members so please use good judgement when posting and/or interacting with your peers to ensure everyone has a positive experience. Comments and private messaging should be constructive, not offensive. Personal attacks and hate speech will not be tolerated; this includes cursing, harassment, threatening language, obscene material or slurs against race, sexual orientation or gender.

  5. Keep it legal - Do not post anything that would violate any contractual agreements (copyright, trade secret or otherwise) or nondisclosure agreements to which you are a party.

  6. Protect everyone’s privacy - Do not share anything about yourself, your business or that of any other member that you/they would not want to be publically available. Do not post personal information that you receive in private messages without the other party’s consent.

  7. User-generated content - You’ll find plenty of solid recommendations and inspiration here but remember that you and your company’s situation, configuration and/or implementation may vary from that of another member. You are responsible for your decisions, so apply the same good judgment here that you would apply to any information you’d find online.

  8. Keep it spam-free — If it is relevant to the conversation, you are free to share information about products and services that you use and trust. However, do not use the Fiix Community to prospect or link out to your website for commercial or promotional purposes, or any other form of unauthorized or unsolicited posts.

  9. Breaking the guidelines - If you come across a post or a comment that goes against these guidelines, please click on the three dots on the bottom right of that post, and click on "Flag". A Fiix Community moderator will review and take the appropriate actions. We reserve the right to remove posts or delete accounts in the event they are detrimental to the Fiix  Community. You can also report inappropriate behavior or content via email: community@fiixsoftware.com
