2024 Community Wrap-Up

As the year draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to look back on everything we’ve achieved together in 2024. From groundbreaking new features to enhancements that make your day-to-day more efficient, let’s celebrate the highlights that made this year exceptional:   We held our 4th annual user conference Fiix Forward in Memphis –with 200+ Fiix users!  Fiix made its second appearance at the Rockwell Automation Fair 2024. Mobile: We leveled up Work Orders by introducing state-based access controls and  enforced required completion notes for work order completion.   Mobile: We also continued to improve the user experience with enhanced swipe-to-complete functionality for inspection tasks and added the ability to view requester contact information on work orders.  We had the official launch of Fiix Asset Criticality, helping you make more informed decisions regarding maintenance resource allocation along with our new dashboard.  Enhanced Fiix Asset Risk Predictor (ARP) with Fiix pre

The future of maintenance: Where sustainability meets innovation

As manufacturing evolves faster each year, AI solutions are becoming workflow staples, computer vision is going mainstream, and advancements in 5G are opening up new cloud computing possibilities. Maintaining the integrity of the data in your Fiix system

Attached is a document I created that I use in my consultancy sessions with customers to discuss data integrity. I have seen the effect of ignoring this when doing audits on customers systems.  Its obviously best done from the outset but its never too late to introduce some system governance. If you are multi-site, then the importance is even more relevant!
