This year’s Fiix Forward held a special surprise at the end: The first ever Fiix Forward Awards Ceremony. Our user community is too amazing not to recognize. From outstanding maintenance improvements with Fiix CMMS to exceptional dedication to the Fiix user community, these four awards span the gamut of everything that makes Fiixers special. The Trailblazer Award
For a user who has leveraged Fiix in creative or groundbreaking ways to transform maintenance operations.
WINNER: Adam Braaten (
Continuing to standardize the metrics for their maintenance program across all their sites, Universal Pure has been continuing to push the envelope on what's possible within the Fiix CMMS over the last year. With a huge "merge" project to get all of their sites into one tenant their commitment towards standardizing Fiix across all of their sites through processes, analytics and data has yielded some tremendous results. In looking to tie in some of their IOT data we are actively working with them on getting them integrated with our Factory Talk Optix product that Rockwell supports and for these reasons they are a worthy recipient of this years award.
The Peak Performance Award
For a user who has achieved outstanding efficiency, reliability, or performance improvements with Fiix CMMS.
WINNER: Anthony Peterson (
The Bush Bros team have continued to push their teams across 5 implemented sites to standardize their maintenance processes and continue to push the limits of what's possible in Fiix moving their team into an 85% maintenance efficiency rating and a 97% on time work order score. This is across 6400 assets and they continue to do more and more with scheduled PM's and the use of our parts integration alongside their ERP. It's really been a true partnership being able to collaborate and work with a team like theirs and a champion like Anthony who make Bush Bros an easy choice this year for the Peak Performance Award!
The People First Award
For a user who has used Fiix to elevate their team, improve safety, and foster a strong maintenance culture.
WINNER: Joel Colvis, Daikin
The Daikin team has continued to evolved their maintenance process and program year over year since becoming a Fiix Customer back in 2020. The philosophy at Daikin is a "One Team / One Purpose" approach to always have their staff strive for "Predict, Prevent and Perform" which shines through in the leadership / training and attention to detail and safety for all of their people each and every day. Managing and maintaining one of the largest production facilities in the US doesn't come without its challenges, but the team at Daikin is committed to their maintenance centre of excellence which is a core pillar of how this team operates on a day to day basis. Joel personally is always willing to give back and I have personally learned a few things in speaking with him over the years, congrats to the Daikin team on the People First Award!
The Connector Award
For a user who has consistently shared knowledge and best practices, supported peers in the Fiixers community, and embodied the spirit of Fiix Forward by being fully engaged, curious, and driving for real results.
WINNER: Sandy Jenish (
The Good Night Midstream team has been a long time Fiix customer and also one that is incredibly connected and a constant here within our community at Fiix Forward. This is the 4th year that our friend Sandy has attended and we are incredibly grateful for your attendance, participation, curiosity and positivity in coming each and every year to engage with this incredible maintenance community that we have here. Thank you for being a great connector and partner will all the folks here at the event over the last few years!

With multiple votes from various members of the Fiix team, it’s no surprise that this winner is joining us for the 3rd year in a row. I’m sure a few of you will recognize him as someone who you talked to during a FF session, in the hallways, or at the social events. His willingness to share his experiences and help make the conference a positive space for discussion is exactly why we put on Fiix Forward each year. I would like to congratulate Jeff Zoucha on being this years Fiix Forward Connector award winner!
