Happy Birthday, Fiixers!

This month, our beloved community turns five years old. We're proud to be the first maintenance platform to launch an online community for our users and, in our humble opinion, we’re still the best 😉

In our half-decade together, we have:

  • grown to 2159 members in 95 countries
  • asked 593 maintenance questions in Help Others with 1187 replies
  • created 190 threads
  • held over 50 customer events and webinars

A huge kudos to those who have been with us since the very beginning 👊

And to those of you who have recently joined, a very warm welcome! 👋

The Contest

Now the part you’ve all been waiting for. To celebrate The Fiixers’ 5th year milestone, we’re holding our biggest birthday contest yet.

This year’s prize includes a Fiix Mini Audit by our Professional Services team—valued at a whopping $880 USD!

What is a Fiix Mini Audit? Our experienced consultants will review your CMMS implementation using analytics and a scoring matrix to identify initial areas of improvement. Next, they’ll discuss the results with you in a 1:1 session and share a personalized report containing expert insights, useful recommendations/next steps, and offer optional follow-up services to pursue. You’ll be able to unlock hidden opportunities for improving your CMMS, align your team on maintenance priorities, and build a roadmap to reap greater value from your CMMS investment.

Oh, and you’ll also get a T-shirt with the new Fiixers Community design!

Entering is simple: Post your best answers to the following two questions in the comments section below.

1. What’s one thing you’re aiming to achieve with Fiix CMMS this year?

Try to be specific. For example:

  • Streamline parts management, inventory tracking, and restocking in Fiix CMMS

  • Incorporate or improve Analytics usage to uncover efficiencies, cut costs, and increase productivity

  • Drive adoption from your technicians to utilize Fiix in their day-to-day maintenance activities

  • Incorporate sustainable and conscious practices in your maintenance program

  • ...And more! Let us know how you want to level up your CMMS and team in 2026.

2. What do you want to see more of in The Fiixers community for 2026?

As a reminder, here are some of the things you can currently find on offer in our community (but don’t feel obliged to stick to this list alone!). Here again, specific answers are better than vague ones.

  • Webinars on new Fiix CMMS releases or on special topics for improving your maintenance program

  • Training sessions, workshops, office hours with Fiix experts

  • Maintenance strategy articles

  • Industry and thought leadership articles

  • Practical resources like templates, step-by-step guides, e-books

  • Small event/opportunities to meet and connect with other Fiixers

  • Opportunities to give product feedback (research studies, beta testing, etc.)

Enter below for your chance to be one of five lucky winners!

The contest runs until February 17th, 2026.

Winners will be announced and notified week of February 17 directly from community@fiixsoftware.com. Mini audits will be conducted shortly after, with 1:1 follow up calls scheduled in March.

We read every comment, and your answers will help us make The Fiixers even more relevant and helpful for users like you. We can't wait to hear what you’re looking to accomplish with Fiix CMMS and what you want to see happen in our community.

Here's to another year of learning, growing, and networking with your fellow Fiixers 🎉

  1. One key objective I aim to achieve with Fiix CMMS this year is to drive stronger technician adoption and data accuracy by fully integrating Fiix into day-to-day maintenance activities. This includes standardizing work order creation, completion, and feedback in Fiix, ensuring real-time and accurate recording of corrective and preventive maintenance. By improving consistency and discipline in system usage, we can generate reliable maintenance data that supports better planning, faster troubleshooting, and more effective analysis of equipment performance, ultimately increasing productivity and reducing unplanned downtime in 2026.

  2. For 2026, I would like to see more practical, hands-on learning and peer knowledge sharing in The Fiixers community. This includes in-depth training sessions or workshops focused on real-world CMMS use cases such as improving PM compliance, asset hierarchy setup, inventory optimization, and effective reporting and analytics in Fiix. I would also value more step-by-step guides and templates that can be directly applied on-site, as well as regular office hours with Fiix experts to discuss specific challenges. Additionally, creating small forums or virtual meetups where maintenance and reliability professionals can share best practices, lessons learned, and successful implementations would be very beneficial.

  1. A primary goal is to expand to 12 to 18 additional global locations while increasing the assets and work orders at our existing sites, all while upholding a standardized method for setting up and utilizing Fiix. Additionally, we aim to implement more KPIs and leverage analytics to automatically disseminate progress reports across various business levels.

  2. From the Fiixers Community it would also be beneficial to gather examples from users on the diverse methods they've employed to achieve desired outcomes, as there are typically numerous ways to accomplish this. Understanding the reasoning behind choosing specific approaches can be particularly insightful.

I would like to see

  1. Improved Analytics usage to uncover efficiencies, cut costs, and increase productivity. Drive adoption from your technicians to utilize Fiix in their day-to-day maintenance activities.  I am told the Techs are overwhelmed with emails from Scheduled Maintenance tasks.
  2. Additional training offers on specific using webinars and/or online courses.   Practical resources like templates, step-by-step guides, e-books would be very beneficial.   Emailing admins of the release would be very helpful.
