TORONTO, CANADA November 10, 2020

Fiix Inc. and Optimum Fleet Health have announced a new partnership that will help companies track the performance and condition of fleet vehicles in real-time, build a predictive maintenance program that can spot and prevent failure on those vehicles before it happens, and maximize resources across maintenance and operations teams.

“Every business is different and shouldn’t be confined to tracking, sharing, and analyzing asset and maintenance data in a certain way. That’s why Fiix is giving control back to companies with its expansive list of vetted partner solutions. Organizations can choose the systems that work best for their workflows, workforce, and business goals, and connect them to a powerful maintenance management platform that extends their capabilities without spending lots of time or money,” says James Novak, CEO of Fiix.

Integrating Fiix’s AI-driven maintenance management platform with Optimum Fleet Health’s Optimum VRx predictive maintenance engine helps businesses detect unforeseen vehicle issues, diagnose the cause, predict relative time to failure, and prescribe a detailed resolution path up to four weeks in advance. Optimum VRx uses data transmitted from telematics devices to analyze thousands of key performance indicators, allowing maintenance managers to monitor the health of assets in real-time. Any anomalies in equipment will trigger maintenance in Fiix so maintenance can be instantly prioritized and scheduled, and small failures can be corrected before they lead to unplanned downtime.

“We are excited about our new partnership with Fiix. This will allow clients to harness the full capabilities of Optimum Fleet Health’s predictive maintenance AI software and allow seamless integration into Fiix’s maintenance management platform. We look forward to providing a complete solution to each client,” says Optimum’s CEO, Bob Moran.

“This partnership allows maintenance teams to move beyond time or calendar-based maintenance tasks on their fleet vehicles and toward a predictive program. Businesses can say goodbye to inefficient processes, like overscheduling, overstocking, and overspending, all while increasing the sustainability of their equipment and reducing the number of vehicle breakdowns,” says Novak.

The partnership marks yet another addition to Fiix’s app exchange, the industry’s most extensive and rapidly growing network of partner solutions that includes connections with Netsuite, MachineMetrics, and 1000s of other endpoints. Fiix’s Integration Hub, along with Fiix Foresight, an AI-powered maintenance engine, is transforming the maintenance industry by connecting teams to the data and tools they need to supercharge their organizations.
