Bush Brothers & Company has been manufacturing pantry staples for over a century, but they’re best known for their iconic baked beans. At their Augusta, Wisconsin plant, a new chapter began when Anthony Peterson (@auapeter) stepped into the role of Maintenance and Reliability Manager.  

By aligning maintenance techs, management, and operations from the start, Anthony led a smooth and successful Fiix CMMS implementation at the Augusta plant. His leadership earned him the Peak Performance Award at Fiix Forward 2025, recognizing the team's impressive results—including an 85% maintenance efficiency rating and a 97% on-time work order score.
