This week, we're shining the spotlight on Caleb. This sales professional collects suits, used to do boxing & MMA, and likes to man the grill all summer long . He also used to teach swing dancing and still loves to go dancing (swing, waltz, tango, bachata).

What motivates you?
Learning new things, coming up with creative ways to tell a story or address a problem, and being part of the bigger picture. 

Tell us something fun that you do in your spare time.
I love to grill and enjoy the outdoors with my wife and dog. It's a great way to disconnect and decompress after a busy day/week. We also love to travel to Europe to visit family. 

What do you love about your role/the work that you do?
Everything. I love being able to talk to people everyday as well as the freedom of working in the office or at home whenever I want. The people here are great to work with and the company has an outstanding culture.

What has been your proudest moment at Fiix?
My proudest moment is when a customer sent me a thank you email after training was set up. He said it was great working with me and was so appreciative.
