Stage 4 of 5

Goal: Get accurate insight on the material costs per asset to better understand which assets are costing the most to maintain and help make informed business decisions on whether to maintain or replace existing assets.

Incentive: The ability to use the AI powered Fiix Foresight parts forecaster report to predict parts usage, leading to less capital sitting on shelves and fewer stock-outs.

✅ Parts usage

  • Parts labeled with proper naming/coding conventions and key fields such as price and minimum quantity are filled in.

  • Parts are consumed against work orders to track material costs for specific assets or types of maintenance activities.

  • Any misc costs could be added in addition to, or instead of parts.

✅ Purchase requests

  • Submitting purchase requests via work orders for parts.

✅ Rotating assets

  • Using rotating assets via work orders to track movement of items (e.g motors, pumps).

KPIs to assess your progress:

  • # of parts

  • Fiix Foresight parts forecaster report

  • Report id 18,437: Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance with stock Forecasting

  • Report id 10,308: Parts Consumed on Work Orders Report

  • Report id 18,225: pFiix] Work Order Cost Detail Report
