Attached is a document I created that I use in my consultancy sessions with customers to discuss data integrity. I have seen the effect of ignoring this when doing audits on customers systems. Its obviously best done from the outset but its never too late to introduce some system governance. If you are multi-site, then the importance is even more relevant!
